How can you enrich your life with your presence?
How can you enrich your friend’s life? Couldn’t it be just your presence?
Check in with yourself and see where the 3 words of this soul messaging are taking us:
Like I do every week, I’ve pulled 3 cards – 3 words for our midweek checkin. As an impuls, inspiration and soul guidance for the week.
Every Thursday live on Facebook and later on Youtube, to get to link the awareness checkin here too for you.
I’d love if you’d leave me a comment on anything that comes up for you, any additional thought that continues our conversation.
If you just want to skim through the words of the week, here they are. Which one should be your guide this week, #1, #2 or #3?
#1: presence
#2: friends
#3: abundance
Check out the video to see how they all fit together.
Thank you for giving me your attention and time and for letting me speak to you.
Have fun and remember,
it’s your life, it’s your design.

First off I would like to say wonderful blog!
I was interested to find out how you center yourself and
clear your thoughts before writing. I have had a tough ime clearing my mind
in getting my thoughts out there. I do enjoy writing but it
just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes tend to bee lost just trying
to figure out how to begin. Any ideas orr tips?
Many thanks!
Thank you so much, I really appreciate your comment.
Actually, I use writing to center my myself and clear my thoughts. If I don’t stop after the first 10 minutes, my head stops spinning and I get clearer and clearer. Feeling more settled then, new ideas and fresh thoughts come through. This is when the “real” writing starts.
So, my advice is to keep writing and then you’ll notice you’re in the middle of sth great. You can always add the “beginning” later 🙂
Hope that helps.
All the best!
Nice post. I learn something new and challenging on websites I stumbleupon on a
daily basis. It’s always useful to read articles from other authors and practice something from oter websites.
Thank you so much for your comment! I really appreciate it!
