Wind at Your Back: On the Road
A confidante and ally on your big day. Present, on site, all about you.
A talk. A conference. An awards ceremony. A gala. Maybe you’re thrilled. Maybe you’re dreading it a little. Probably both.
And then there are the little questions. Who do I talk to during the break? How do I get to meet that one person I really want to meet? And where do I go with myself and my coffee when everyone is standing around in little groups?
Simple: I’ll be standing right next to you.
You don’t need coaching. You know what you can do. But with an ally by your side, a day like this gets easier. And often it’s genuinely fun.
Someone who doesn’t judge. Who doesn’t care what anyone else thinks. Who you can laugh with. And who you don’t have to look after.
Whether it’s a whole day, half a day or just one evening: there are different ways to work together. You’ll find the prices further down.
Someone in the room who’s all yours
I’m your biggest supporter in the audience. One glance my way, and you know: here’s someone who believes in you.
Unlike bringing a friend or your partner, you don’t have to look after anyone. No one you need to make sure is having a good time. No one you need to fit around. It’s all about you.
And even if you don’t need coaching, I bring everything I know as a coach. If you need it, it’s there.
You set the tone
It’s your day. You’re the center of attention, not me.
- You decide how close or how far. I’m there when you need me, and I step back when you go into a conversation.
- Your opportunities come first. When you’re talking with others, I hold back. Of course I’ll talk to people too, but never at your expense.
- I dress for the occasion, from business wear to evening wear.
- You don’t have to entertain me. Booking me doesn’t mean you have to spend time with me.
- You decide how to introduce me: as a colleague, as an acquaintance, or not at all.
- Everything stays confidential. What I see and hear that day stays with me.
How it works
This is what your big day looks like. For the shorter options, we simply adapt it.
1. Getting to know each other (20 minutes, free) Tell me about your big day. We’ll see whether the chemistry is right. Then you decide in your own time.
2. Preparation (about 60 minutes, included) If you say yes, we plan your day together. What’s coming up? Who would you like to meet? What would you enjoy? And what shall we leave out?
3. Your day I’m there before you go on, in the audience while you speak, and by your side afterwards, however you’d like. During the breaks, I’m right next to you, or I support you from a little further away. If you’d like to talk to someone, we simply go over together. We laugh, look around, and find the best coffee in the building. Other talks or the area around: we explore them together or each on our own, whatever you prefer.
4. In the evening, if you like Dinner together. Or I’ll join you at the official dinner, if guests are welcome.
5. The morning after Breakfast. Time to let it all sink in. And a little outing you’d never usually allow yourself. With me or on your own.
Then you head home. With a calm mind and fresh energy for whatever comes next.
This is for you if…
- you’re a woman with an important event coming up and you’d love someone by your side.
- you’d love someone in the room who’s there just for you.
- you’d like to give yourself a little space around your big day.
This probably isn’t for you if…
- you’re looking for someone to organize things for you or look after you around the clock.
- you’d like coaching to prepare your talk. Then have a look at What Really Fits.

Who is by your side
I’m Gisela, a coach, and I’ve been self-employed for many years. Before that, I worked for small and large companies, internationally, in English and German. I know conference hallways, exhibition booths, cocktail tables, rows of chairs, gala evenings, and the feeling of being alone in a crowded room.
I’m there for you without comparison or competition. What matters to me most is how you feel with me: free, seen and completely yourself.
Wind at Your Back: On the Road is for women. Woman to woman.

How to begin
The first step is easy: a free 20-minute introductory call. Yes, no or later, all of it is fine.
Prefer to write first? Just send me a short message: what’s coming up, when and where? No commitment, and no forms to fill in.
Also for private occasions, travel and time out
A wedding. A family celebration. A party you’d rather not go to alone. A new beginning. A time-out after a big change.
A first solo trip. I’ll travel with you too: for a few days, or just at the start, until you’ve settled in.
Let’s talk. We’ll find what fits.
It’s your life. Your design.
